Welcome to Luxaviojet. This document outlines the rules and standards for using our private aviation services. By using our website and initiating a reservation, you agree to follow these terms.
We operate as a private jet operator based in Hong Kong, providing transport services under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) . We aim to provide clear and professional communication for all our passengers.
How is a Booking Confirmed?
To begin your journey with Luxaviojet, you must first select your desired flight path on our website. Once you submit a request, we place a temporary hold on your seat for exactly 48 hours from the moment of the online reservation. This hold allows you time to finalize your travel plans. However, an online request does not mean your seat is fully secured.
To complete the reservation process, you must visit our registered office in Carnival Commercial Building, Suite 1503 15/F, North Point, Hong Kong . During this visit, you are required to pay the full amount for your flight in cash. Once we receive this payment, we officially confirm your booking. At this specific time, our staff will inform you of the exact boarding place and the scheduled departure time for your journey.
What are The Payment Deadlines?
Time is a critical factor in aviation logistics. You must arrive at our office and complete the cash payment within the 48-hour window following your online reservation. If you do not visit our office and provide the full payment within this timeframe, the temporary hold on your seat will expire automatically. We cannot hold spots beyond this limit without full payment.
What is the Policy for Cancellations?
We understand that schedules can change. Therefore, we allow passengers to cancel their flight reservations up until the day of the journey. The amount returned to you depends on when you notify us of your decision to cancel.
Detailed Timeline for Returning Funds
If you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before the date of your journey, we will provide a full refund of the fees paid. If you decide to cancel your trip on the actual day of the journey, we will deduct 50% of the total charges as a cancellation fee, and the remaining 50% will be returned to you.
Once a cancellation is confirmed, our team will request your bank credentials to process the return of funds. We aim to initiate the transfer within 24 hours of receiving your request and bank details. However, please note that it may take up to 7 days for the funds to reflect in your individual account, as this depends on the processing speed of your bank provider.
Clarification on Non-Refundable Portions
The 50% deduction for same-day cancellations is a fixed cost to cover the operational loss of an empty seat on short notice. Furthermore, punctuality is mandatory for all passengers. It is your responsibility to be present at the designated location at least 1 hour before the journey for smooth processing of the boarding process.
If a passenger fails to show up at the airport, the journey will be cancelled automatically. In this specific case, no refunds will be made. Additionally, passengers who fail to show up may face consequences regarding the ability to avail of further services from our website in the future.
Can I Change My Itinerary After Booking?
Modifications to a confirmed flight depend on aircraft availability and aviation schedules. If you need to adjust your flight details, you must contact our support team at fly@luxaviojet.com.
We are available to answer queries from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Hong Kong Time (HKT) . While we try to accommodate changes, any modification requested within 24 hours of the journey may be considered as a cancellation and subject to the 50% fee.
What Documents Are Required for Travel?
All passengers must possess valid travel documents required by Hong Kong law and the authorities at your destination. This typically includes a valid government ID with at least six months of validity and any necessary visas. We are not responsible for passengers who are denied boarding due to missing or invalid documentation. It is your duty to ensure all paperwork is in order before arriving for your flight.

Luxaviojet values your privacy. We handle all data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) of Hong Kong.
